We offer a skin microbiome testing service tailored for dermatology clinics, cosmetology practices, and individual clients. Using swab samples, microbiome sequencing is performed , ensuring rapid and detailed analysis. In addition to profiling microbiome composition, we identify Cutibacterium acnes ribotypes and, upon request, deliver personalized skincare recommendations based on microbial insights.
AcneBac
AcneBac is a bacteriophage-derived protein designed to selectively target Cutibacterium acnes, exhibiting exceptionally low minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and high molecular stability. We have developed a complementary cosmetic formulation suitable for topical application.
AcneBac represents a promising candidate for cosmetic products or medical devices aimed at reducing C. acnes colonization on acne-prone skin.
Contract Research
With extensive experience in recombinant protein production, we specialize in the Nicotiana benthamiana transient expression system and inducible expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. For bacterial expression, we utilize both conventional E. coli systems and a versatile cumate-inducible platform compatible with E. coli and Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Our deep expertise in handling toxic proteins has led to the development of effective strategies for mitigating host toxicity, enabling successful expression of challenging recombinant targets.
